Instead of continuing his attempts, Vic decided to first figure out what era he had arrived in.
He controlled his body to fly upwards, and soon left Qingning Star and reached an altitude similar to the moon. He immediately saw a giant red snake lying across the planet below!
That was the Red Earth Continent. After comparing the geography, he realized that the place he had just been in was in the New World waters of the Grand Line.
The terrain and landforms hadn't changed much, making it impossible to tell which era it was from. Vic landed back on the sea and flew towards the Red Line, checking out any islands he saw.
However, several islands in a row were deserted and looked very desolate. Some of the islands were clearly not uninhabited, as there were still many buildings on them, but no one had lived there for a long time and they were all abandoned!
"What's going on? Have I arrived in a world after the Great Purge of Im? Have all the people who knew the truth about the Celestial Dragons been wiped out?"
Before, it was just a feeling, but now this premonition is stronger. There are indeed many deserted islands on the Grand Line, but islands with buildings are rarely uninhabited!

The man was overseeing the construction of the bridge. Vic didn't want to be exposed to him, so he opened his spatial portal again and went to the residential area of the Bridge Kingdom!
Vic found a black cloak in a room and put it on. Then he used the "Sight and Sound Kill" technique, so even if someone saw him, they wouldn't recognize him.
When Vic came out of the house, he saw two men in black suits walking by with whips in their hands, and he immediately followed them!
With his illusion abilities, these two not-so-strong Celestial Dragon lackeys couldn't possibly detect his presence.
The next moment, Vic invaded their memories. Although they didn't know much, it was much better than what the previous people had done!
The builders of the Bridge Country were captured in batches from various islands to build bridges. They were provided with food and drink, and the people here were not prohibited from having children together!
