......
"Damn this life!" Red Wolf spat from upstairs and headed back towards the zipline.
"Where are you going!" Lin Xuan's voice was cold.
"I'm going to yell at my little life, damn it."
"You went and destroyed it? Then your captain sacrificed himself for nothing?" Lin Xuan's voice remained cold.
"What do you know!" Red Wolf stepped forward and grabbed Fu Xuan's clothes.
"You're just a useless reserve player, and you dare to lecture me?"
"I killed three in the last wave, what about you?" Lin Xuan's voice was still cold. "An assault team without any damage output is truly useless!"
"Who the hell are you calling trash!" Red Wolf's hand cannon was already pressed against Lin Xuan's head. "A piece of trash like you from the reserve group will never make it into the assault group in your entire life!"
"Don't you know how much damage you dealt in the last wave?" Lin Xuan sneered. "A piece of trash is a piece of trash. You can't beat the Americans, you can't beat the common folk, so all you dare to do is fight amongst yourselves?"
"There are two of us now, killing you is a piece of cake!" Red Wolf continued to yell, seemingly wanting to vent his resentment on Lin Xuan. "If it weren't for you last time, I would have killed them all!"
"What the hell? You went back to the Special Operations Unit when I wasn't around last time!"
"Stop arguing!" Luna snapped. "Instead of wasting time like this, why don't you search for more things?"
"The captain didn't send you up here to fight. Only by living can you repay his sacrifice!"
Red Wolf released Lin Xuan, "You piece of trash from the reserve team, I'll let you go today. Don't let me see you in the action team again, or I'll kill you."
"If you want to prove you're not trash, then prove it to me, instead of barking like a dog!" Lin Xuan remained calm.
It's true that the assault group has many geniuses, but there are probably quite a few arrogant guys like Red Wolf who completely look down on the reserve group.
Even though it dealt zero damage, it still barked like a dog for ages.
It was as if he had beaten up so many people.
If it weren't for China, Lin Xuan would have really wanted to kill him instantly with a single burst of fire.
After taking a painkiller, Lin Xuan did not search for supplies but instead stayed by the rope.
It's too quiet downstairs.
Although there were two teams, they showed no intention of fighting at all.
He had a bad feeling.
Hopefully, I'm wrong; ideally, the two teams will be supporting each other.
"Lin Xuan, aren't you going to eat something?" Luna asked.
"You guys eat, I'll help you add more rope."
"Does he deserve to eat?" Red Wolf spoke again, his tone full of disdain. "Why should he eat when we're attacking him so fiercely?"
"Shut up," Luna couldn't stand it anymore. "If Lin Xuan hadn't jumped in to help me pick up the two Americans, we would have been finished long ago."
"What does that have to do with him? Wasn't it you and Wei Long who crippled him?"
"Let me tell you clearly, Wei Long and I were only shot once; the rest were all Lin Xuan's." Luna couldn't take it anymore.
"If you're angry and have nowhere to vent, then come and yell at me. Don't go looking for trouble!"
Red Wolf was speechless, glared fiercely at Lin Xuan, and continued searching for supplies.
"How about we shoot an arrow backward? Something's not right," Lin Xuan suggested.
The Tower of Babel was eerily quiet, which made him think deeply.
"Do you think the two teams downstairs have teamed up?" Luna approached, lowered her voice, and asked in a tone only the two of them could hear.
"That's right, there haven't been any gunshots downstairs at all. It's so strange. I was worried they might be ambushing us from the other side."
With less than eleven minutes left, no one pulled the plug to let people in.
This is not normal at all.
"Okay, I'll go check the back."
"Oh no," Da Mimi sighed, "China is going to fall here. Downstairs, it's a fierce attack from Japan and South Korea!"
"As expected, they've teamed up and are currently splitting up to guard the Chinese team upstairs."
"It's always like this, I don't know why, they always manage to get a map!"
Da Mimi was furious. She had commentated on so many matches, and almost every one of them featured a scenario where Japan and South Korea teamed up.
The supreme deity doesn't seem to care either, and appears to enjoy watching a scenario where one person fights two and gets gradually devoured.
"Haha, the two upstairs are cornered." Mei Chuan Kuzi, guarding the rope, laughed arrogantly.
"These Chinese people are really brainless. Don't they know to get two ID cards before going up?" Kameda Tsubasa scoffed. "At least they could use a flying squirrel."
"Now it seems none of them will be able to leave."
"You like blocking evacuation points?" Mei Chuan Kuzi laughed even louder. "Then die! Let's see who's blocking whom now!"
"Our leader is brilliant; he always manages to rank alongside South Korea," Luna flattered.
"Isn't that simple? Just match with them before each game and communicate in advance. You'll always get a match, and getting a match is a good thing."
"So we'll block them all the way to the limit? Keep them completely blocked?" Kameda Tsubasa asked.
“Of course,” Mei Chuan Kuzi laughed wildly, “Yi Xiang, be careful. You’ve already lost your life, so don’t let yourself be replaced.”
"Hmph!" A fierce glint flashed in Mei Chuan Ku Zi's eyes. "Chinese people, this Bakshibabel Tower is your graveyard!"
.......
"Holy crap, I... I got it!" Red Wolf was stunned for a moment, his voice trembling.
Lin Xuan remained silent, continuing to guard the door.
"What happened?" Luna asked excitedly, rushing over to ask.
Red Wolf remained silent; on the table, a chessboard was prominently displayed.
The chessboard was exquisite and luxurious, possessing an extraordinary air.
"Holy crap, it's Zongheng! It's out!" Luna roared, "Quick, quick, go, Ainz!"
"I...I didn't remove their identification tags." Red Wolf knelt heavily on the ground, his voice hoarse.
His body trembled as he slammed his fist into the ground, his eyes filled with resentment.
In this world, there are no Easter egg dog tags, and identity tags are not allowed to be brought in from outside.
If you want to escape using the flying squirrel, you can only use someone else's ID tag.
"Huh?" Luna was stunned. "Oh no, I didn't peel it off either."
That's thirty million!
Take it out, and you won't need to play the next round!
Luna looked at Lin Xuan, her eyes pleading.
But Red Wolf stopped him as he got up.
"I don't need his dog tag. I can still get out of the tower alive without him!" Red Wolf said to Lin Xuan without lowering his voice.
"The instructors taught us that we're supposed to carry our identification tags with us when we go out, not use them to fly!"
"The moment I stepped into the Tower of Babel, I knew that only one team would make it out alive!"
"Slap," came the resounding slap in response.
"You have the entire nation of China behind you! If you don't want to leave, how can you face your captain, the Delta Force, and China?"
"What the hell..."
Red Wolf wanted to continue speaking, but Lin Xuan slapped him again.
"Nobody wants you to use flying squirrels, but your domineering nature doesn't allow you to act recklessly."
"This is China's hope, not your gamble!"
Lin Xuan took out his identity token from his pocket and placed it heavily in his hand.
"Take my ID card and get out!"
Chapter 8 Do you like to argue? Go talk to my Tiger Squat Cannon.
Luna didn't speak, but took out her identity token from her bosom and handed it to Red Wolf.
He then patted Red Wolf on the shoulder and took a step back.
"Then, what about you?" Red Wolf was provoked by Lin Xuan's words and actually softened, "I, don't want to live alone."
"Stop acting impulsively," Luna said with a smile, looking at the other person. "This battle was worth it."
"There's not enough time, stop dawdling, they're coming up."
“But I,” Red Wolf looked at Luna, then at Lin Xuan, his breathing heavy.
"What do you mean, 'what ...'?" Luna laughed. "You're acting like a little kid."
"Then, I'll take your guns back." Red Wolf took a deep breath, pulled out a complete armored mechanic, two sets of gold bullets, and an M14 from his backpack.
“I still carry it,” Luna laughed, “It’s a foreigner’s modified version of number 14, I use it because I cough!”
She tossed Red Wolf a 14-yuan note she'd stolen from a foreigner, then pulled out two small gold pieces and several small purple items from her breast pocket.
"If there's still room in your bag, take these with you. I don't want to burden the little family downstairs."
Lin Xuan didn't say anything. Like Luna, he tossed her a fully equipped M14, disassembled another M14, and threw all the valuable gun parts on the ground.
Red Wolf finally couldn't hold back anymore, tears welling up in his eyes.
Choking back tears, I accepted the accessories.
"Is there any room left? I can still dismantle some things." Luna was very frank, her tone calm.
"No, no more."
“Let’s go then,” Luna smiled, stood up straight, and gave a military salute.
