Chapter 59 Gellert Grindelwald's Followers Have Arrived
Night fell over the town, and the quiet streets appeared particularly deserted under the moonlight.
Suddenly, the silence was broken by the rapid sound of horses' hooves, and a black carriage stopped in front of my house.
The car door slowly opened, and a woman dressed in a black robe stepped out.
Her face was obscured by shadows, making it impossible to see her in full, but the powerful aura emanating from her revealed her extraordinary nature.
I sensed danger from the newcomer in the room, and I looked down at her warily from the second-floor window, secretly wondering what her intentions were.
She raised her head, her sharp gaze sweeping across my front door, and then walked straight into my house.
She knocked politely on my door, and I went downstairs to open it for her.
"Where is Gellert Grindelwald?" Her voice was cold and deep, carrying an unquestionable authority.
"I don't know what you're talking about," I tried to play dumb.
She sneered, "Don't play dumb with me, I know he's here. Get him out here now, or you'll face the consequences."
I sensed her threat, but I remained steadfast in my position. "I don't know who you are, or why you're looking for Gellert Grindelwald, but I won't let you into my house."
Her gaze grew even colder. "You're testing my patience." As she spoke, she raised her hand, and a powerful surge of magic erupted from it, rushing towards me.
I quickly cast a spell to defend myself, and just as I was about to retaliate, a beam of light shot out from inside the house, dissolving her magic. I looked at Gellert Grindelwald, who was walking down from the second floor, with great displeasure.
Gellert Grindelwald emerged from the house with a composed smile on his face. "Vida, it's been a long time."
Vida Rozier saw Gellert Grindelwald, a complex emotion flashing in her eyes. "Gellert, you really are here."
Gellert Grindelwald looked at her. "What are you doing here?"
Vida Rozier was silent for a moment, then said, "I'm here to take you away."
Gellert Grindelwald smiled. "Why should I go with you?"
Vida Rozier looked at him. "You know, our plan isn't finished yet."
Gellert Grindelwald's smile vanished. "I no longer want to be involved in your plans."
Vida Rozier's face darkened. "Don't forget, we used to be allies."
Gellert Grindelwald looked at her. "But we're not anymore."
Vida Rozier was silent for a moment, then said, "In that case, don't blame me for being impolite." With that, she cast a spell again and attacked Gellert Grindelwald.
"Get out of here and fight!" A 'Sandstorm' spell blew the two of them away, and the door slammed shut.
Another way to restore his home to its original state was to 'restore it to its original state.' He had known all along that Gellert Grindelwald was a troublemaker, based on the original owner's childhood memories.
Fearing that their fight would get too intense and damage my house, I quickly gave the house a "complete protection" and "peaceful defense".
Gellert Grindelwald was not to be outdone; he unleashed powerful magic and engaged in a fierce battle with Vida Rozier.
I watched their fight from the window on the first floor, and I wasn't shocked at all.
This is the first time I've witnessed such a powerful magical duel, and I'm not worried about Gellert Grindelwald at all.
Gellert Grindelwald certainly didn't disappoint me; he gradually gained the upper hand with his superior strength.
Seeing that things were not going well, Vida Rozier turned around, jumped onto the carriage, and prepared to escape.
Gellert Grindelwald did not chase after him. He looked in the direction where Vida Rozier had left, a thoughtful look in his eyes.
"Go back if you want, there's no need for you to stay here." It's clear that Gellert Grindelwald is still ambitious.
“Aren’t you afraid I might not come back?” Gellert Grindelwald sat across from me, and we each drank a cup of coffee, just like when we first met in France.
"You're not going to your death, so maybe I'll see you somewhere interesting next time." Like, in your lover's cage, just thinking about it makes me feel amused.
"I'm sorry to have bothered you during this time. I'll be going back tomorrow." Gellert Grindelwald finished his coffee and went back to his room to pack his things.
"The French Black Rose, don't you really have any feelings for her at all?" I asked him to myself as Gellert Grindelwald was about to go upstairs.
"He's always been in my heart." I thought Gellert Grindelwald wouldn't answer me, but I was right!
"If someone had a chance, they should have chased after him. Instead, they ended up making such a mess of things. They're so useless." She muttered under her breath. It seemed that if she could go back to the original time, she would have to go and see how miserable her useless brother was.
In this timeline, I don't want to change too much, the choices of Gellert Grindelwald and Tom Marvolo Riddell.
I can offer them a different path, but I won't make any choices for them. What happens afterward is their own decision, and they'll have to experience the consequences themselves to know.
After finishing my coffee, I washed the cup and went to bed.
Actually, the person who was the most restless tonight was Tom Marvolo Riddle. He didn't leave his room, but he saw the powerful magical duel that had just taken place from his window.
Tom Marvolo Riddle stood in the shadows, silently watching the thrilling magical duel unfold before him.
His eyes gleamed with excitement and greed, as if he could see his future power.
He saw two powerful wizards unleashing a variety of dazzling yet deadly spells on the battlefield; each spell contained immense energy, and each attack was enough to destroy everything.
He was secretly amazed, and at the same time, he was full of confidence in his magical abilities.
He believed that as long as he studied and practiced hard, he could become a wizard as powerful as them.
However, deep in his heart, a trace of fear and unease also lurked.
He saw the power and danger of magic, and also realized his own insignificance and vulnerability.
He knew that in this world full of magic and danger, only by constantly improving his strength could he survive.
Tom Marvolo Riddell took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down.
He told himself that he could not be defeated by fear and anxiety, and that he would become the most powerful wizard in the world.
He wanted everyone to fear him and obey his commands. He wanted to realize his ambition and dream of becoming the ruler of the magical world.
I never imagined that this powerful magical duel would further inspire Tom Marvolo Riddle to pursue power.
